Returns

We want every purchase with SnappyDialer to be an excellent experience.
The company returns policy complies in accordance to the  Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000.

Faulty Items

If your item has been delivered faulty please contact us and we will either issue a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.
Please note all faulty items or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 working days from the day after you received your item.

Non Faulty Items

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered.

AAll returned items should be reported within 7 days and be "as new" with all accessories and packaging supplied at time of delivery. Any requests for return and or cancellation outside of the initial period may be rejected. All returns and or cancellations must be accompanied with proof of purchase. If returning a non faulty item it is your responsibility to ensure this item is returned to us safely, return postage costs will not be refunded.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
